What Is DinoBasketballCamp?
Dino Basketball Camp is more than just a camp – it's an unforgettable experience for young athletes aged 2008–2013.
Every summer, we bring together passionate players from around the world for an intensive week of skill development, competition, and personal growth – both on and off the court.
Set on the beautiful island of Rab, known as the “Happy Island”, the camp combines high-level coaching, a unique international environment, and unforgettable moments. From professional training sessions to afternoon Summer League games, players are constantly challenged in a dynamic and competitive setting.
Beyond the court, participants enjoy island excursions, creating memories while exploring the beauty of the Adriatic. The camp also includes educational workshops focused on nutrition and performance, helping young athletes understand how to improve their game through healthy habits and proper preparation.
Through training, competition, and shared experiences, players build confidence, independence, and lifelong friendships with peers from different nationalities.

Departing at 9:30 from Rab and returning at 18:15-18:30, this exclusive trip features visits to charming Veli Lošinj and historic Mali Lošinj, swimming in crystal-clear secluded bays, dolphin watching, and lunch onboard.

Iceland U-15 National Team Head Coach and Breiðablik U-16 coach with 15+ years professional playing experience. FIBA certified with extensive coaching expertise.
Mikael Máni Hrafnsson
Assistant Coach & Skills Specialist
The most educated coach in the camp with highest KKI and FIBA degrees. Breiðablik assistant coach and Iceland U-18 assistant coach.
Ögmundur Árni
Iceland National Team Coach
Iceland U-15 and U-16 National Team Assistant Coach preparing for the European Championship. Former Head of Stjarnan basketball summer camp with extensive youth development experience.

Inja Butina is a Croatian professional player and coach who has competed at the highest league level across Croatia, Germany, USA, Spain and Iceland; Luka Anzulović is a Croatian-Slovenian professional player, regular member of the Slovenian national team youth selections, and kinesiology student; and Vasily Mchedlishvili is a Georgian coach with 9+ years of elite youth development experience, former Program Director in Azerbaijan, and Head Coach of Azerbaijan national youth teams. Together, they bring remarkable international expertise and a passion for developing the next generation of basketball players.

Andrej Štimac brings championship-winning experience from Groningen and Geneve Lions; Eugen Tončinić is one of Croatia's most respected basketball educators with decades of youth development experience; and Siniša Štemberger is an ABA League legend — top 10 all-time scorer, second in all-time 3-point makes — now serving as Assistant Coach for Kvarner, Rijeka. Together, they bring world-class Croatian basketball expertise to our camp.
